ionvoy is built in Germany and operated in the EU. GDPR compliance is built into the platform from day one — not an afterthought.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

As a data processor for your organisation, we offer a Data Processing Agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Request the DPA at privacy@ionvoy.com.

Data residency

All customer data is stored in Germany (EU) by default. Enterprise customers may request dedicated regional deployments.

• Hetzner Online GmbH — Server infrastructure (DE)
• Cloudflare Inc. — CDN and DDoS protection (EU data path)
